Filter Cleaning

If your system has a pump, or even if it doesn’t, it may have a filter and they must be cleaned every few months or it will cause your system to malfunction.

System Checks

Do you have an alarm light on, or is the buzzer going off? I may be able to help you for a fraction of the cost of a plumber who may or may not even be able to repair a grinder pump or take care of your problem.

Pump / Grinder Pump Troubleshooting

Experiencing problems with your pump or grinder pump? I can do an inspection so we can see if any repairs need to be done. Many times, pump problems aren’t necessarily due to the pump being bad. The pump could have other factors causing problems such as floats or even something electrical in a control box.

Repair / Installation Consulting

Have a repair that needs to be done, or maybe you are looking at having a system installed, reach out to me and I can help you through the process. I can take care of coordinating everything for you from start to finish or I can just come along side of you and help you through the process. I can be in your corner, so you know you are doing the right things when it comes to your repair or installation and aren’t spending unneeded funds.

I started Creekside Sewer Services at the end of 2021 after seeing a great need in our community to help customers solve their sewer issues quickly, affordably, and with great customer service. The business is fully insured and licensed so we can better serve you. Sewer issues are messy, scary, and a great area of unknown. Our family business strives to help you navigate through those murky waters; no pun intended.
